Do you match Pantone Matching System (PMS) Colors?

In general, we have the ability to close-match any PMS colors. Increasingly, we use CMYK equivalent PMS values -digital printing. If exact PMS match is required, we do recommend to require a pre-production proof before production starts.

Do your journals come with lined, graph, or blank paper?

Most of our journals can be ordered with lined (college ruled), graph, blank, or dot-grid pages. The exception is for Essential Journals which come pre-bound from overseas with lined pages.

What is your standard lead-time?

Our lead-time varies depending on product specificity and quantity. It usually takes 5-10 working days to produce orders for 2500 pcs or less.

Can anyone order from you?

Chameleon like sells exclusively through authorized Brand Agencies and Promotional Products Distributors. Please ask your preferred agency or distributor to contact us, or contact us for a referral.

Do you offer Rush Service?

Yes, we can rush orders for you. In some cases, we can produce your orders in less than 3 days. Call your factory representative to check on rush service availability.

Can you personalize; do you offer variable data?

We have the ability to personalize most of our journals thanks to variable data printing. When it comes to packaging, we can offer personalized printed cards.

Do you offer tip-in pages or inserts for your journals?

yes, we can add tip-in sheets to all our journals. we also offer filler options where each page is unique and custom phantom where all pages are printed the same in grayscale.

What color E-flute do you offer for your mailers?

Our mailers are made out of E-flute in either White (semi-gloss finish) or Kraft. Our shipmasters are made from white B-flute board.

What is your samples policy?

we offer free random imprinted samples from our overs department. a shipping account is required. spec or blank samples are offered at a discounted price.

Where do you ship from?

Our journals and accessories ship from Gilroy, CA. Our packaging facility is located in Houston, TX and we have limited packaging capabilities in our Gilroy, CA facility as well.

Can you imprint the inside of your journals? How about for boxes?

Because Chameleon like makes its products from scratch, yes, we can imprint the inside of our products including inside covers, trays, inside pages, etc. The exception is for Essential Journals which come pre-bound from overseas and for which we cannot customize the inside fillers.

Will I see a proof before my order is produced?

We will systematically provide a virtual proof for each order for approval, including repeat orders. You can also request a Pre-production proof (adds 3 working days to lead-time) for a nominal fee.

Do you offer custom sizes?

We do offer a very large selection of sizes for all our products but yes, we can offer custom sizes for most of our journals and boxes starting at 500 quantity.

Can you ship to multiple locations?

Yes, both our facilities are setup to drop ship to multiple locations using FedEx and UPS. However, chameleon like will not drop ship to individual international addresses except CANADA -bulk shipping okay.

Can you deboss or do metallic prints?

Yes, we can blind deboss or foil-stamp most of our products using metallic foils (Gold, Silver, or Copper). However, our E-flute mailers cannot be debossed or foil-stamped, but can take silk-screen metallic inks -matte finish.

Do you have special shaped journals or boxes?

Overall, and because of our equipment limitation, we do not offer custom shaped journals or boxes.

Do you offer less than the quantity advertised on the website?

Most of our minimums start at 100 pcs. However, we can do less than minimum in most cases. Please call factory representative for availability and pricing.

Can you ship using my FedEx or UPS Account Number?

Yes, it is our preference to use the customer’s shipping account number. We can also ship on our Account and bill -bulk shipments only.

Do you ship via Truck?

yes, we can palletize and ship by truck and both our facilities have forklifts. the customers are encouraged to schedule their own freight, or we can arrange transportation and bill the customers with a mark-up.

Do you offer turned-edge boxes?

we do not offer turned-edge boxes, but our gift boxes are made with fiberboard laminated on two sides with covering material.

Do you offer magnet closures on your journals or boxes?

Chameleon is committed to the environment, and magnets are one of the most harmful products. They are made from rare metals and are not recyclable. We instead offer Velcro, Snap or Elastic closure options for most of our gift boxes.

Do you offer kitting and fulfillment services?

Yes, chameleon like offers a “white glove” kitting and handling services. We are able to kit most products inside our packaging, except for alcohol, tobacco, and other restricted substances. We are able to drop ship to multiple location in several waves, but we do not manage stores of fulfillment over a long period of time -more than 3 months.
