Distribution:

chameleon like, inc. is a manufacturer and sells its products exclusively through approved Advertising Specialty and Promotional Distributors. If you are interested in purchasing one of our products, please contact us for a list of Distributors near you.


Prices:

The prices on this site are the “manufacturer’s suggested retail prices” and subject to change without prior notice.

Artwork Requirements:

  • All prices are based on camera ready artwork provided by the customer.
  • Adobe Illustrator is the format we prefer for insert(s) and imprint art (.ai files preferred; .eps and .pdf are also suitable if made in Illustrator).
  • All text should be converted to outlines to avoid any “Missing Font” issues.
  • For 4CP inserts, photos and other forms of non-vector art are suitable but must be High-Resolution (at least 300 DPI) and must be embedded into the file.
  • Phantom and Custom Fillers are printed 1/1 Grayscale (15% Black Recommended) and available on selected products only. In some instances, custom PMS fillers can be available at additional cost.

Proof:

Initial Electronic proof (E-proof) is complimentary with one free revision. Additional revisions may incur additional fees per revision thereafter. Alternatively, templates are available from this website or upon request for customer to layout their artwork.


Actual pre-production proof can be requested at a minimum additional charge of $125(C) plus any additional feature fees and adds 2-3 working days to lead time. All applicable tooling fees may also apply.


Order Processing / Production:

The order is factory ready when ALL the elements required by the factory to produce are available. At this time, the factory emails an order acknowledgement and e-proof that will reflect and confirm the final quotation. Customer is responsible to review the order acknowledgement and e-proof (or actual proof when requested) and email approval for production to begin.

  • Journals are shipped bulk packed in standard unmarked boxes
  • Gift Boxes are shipped ASSEMBLED in bulk
  • Econolux mailer boxes are shipped FLAT

Fulfilment: We provide full-service fulfilment, including custom and personalized fulfilment and drop shipping at additional cost. Call factory representative for pricing, lead time and terms.

Cancellation:

Must be with factory authorization prior to production. Accumulated costs at the time of cancellation with a minimum cancellation charge of $100 will be billed.

Returns:

No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from factory.

Shipping:

Journals and Accessories: FOB Gilroy, CA Gift Boxes, Packaging, and Portfolios: FOB Houston, TX Drop/split shipments are available at additional cost. Please call factory representative for quotation. Factory can only act as an agent to release merchandise and takes no responsibility for freight and duty costs.

Sales Tax:

According to California (CA) state tax regulations, any shipment shipping to CA is subject to CA Sales Tax. Our accounting team will reach out for a copy of your CA Resale Certificate. If you do not have one, we must add appropriate sales tax to your invoice (usually between 7.5% and 10.5% of total value depending on the address it is shipping to). If you have any questions about this, please contact your factory representative.
